The purpose of Colloquium meetings is to give sufficient time for Cochrane groups and others to hold business meetings during the Colloquium. Priority will be given to internal Cochrane groups. Any request by external individuals or groups will only be considered following the close of the meetings request deadline on 4 August 2014.There are several dedicated meeting slots in the program. These slots are the optimal times for obtaining available meeting rooms:

• Tue  23 September 2014, 07:30 - 08:45
• Wed 24 September 2014, 07:30 - 08:45
• Thu  25 September 2014, 07:30- 08:45
• Thu  25 September 2014,17:30 - 18:30 
• Fri    26 September 2014, 07:30 - 8:45
• Fri    26 September 2014, 17:00- 18.00

As meeting requests are submitted and processed, they will be published on the meeting list on the Colloquium website. When planning your meeting, please refer to the program at a glance and the meeting list to avoid conflicts.

The deadline for meeting requests is 4 August 2014. Colloquium delegates will be able to sign-up for meetings from 18 August 2014.

How to submit your meeting

1. Create your user account if you have not already done so.

2. Log in to your account and complete the online meeting submission form.
